Please take note my office will never contact you regarding marketing of services, the choice to use these services is always up to client/potential client. Also, this practice will never provide any other party with your contact particulars.

This also includes the regulations of the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) that is a statutory body that provides legal framework.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Psychotherapy or other psychological services.
Billing purposes and contact purposes for us to deliver our services to you.
ThroughAcuity Scheduling for bookings.
- Panacea invoicing system for claims.

This will be handled by the treating practitioner as well as Elmarie Horn who are our accounts staff.

We use the information that you have given us to:

Contact you to supply support services, referrals as well as related information. We also use the information to invoice you.

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on my personal computer (password protected), internet via the booking system, invoicing system, and our hosting partners. We keep Company information in line with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) ethical code for the storing of information. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all information and shredding all hard copies (if any exist) after 5 years.
